AIR CONDITIONER INSTALLATION STRUCTURE OF BUILDING
To provide an air conditioner installation structure of a building, capable of suppressing reduction of a floor area of a habitable space and also suppressing deterioration of air-conditioning efficiency, upon installing air-conditioning equipment with an indoor machine and an outdoor machine to a building.SOLUTION: In a building, a building body 12 is provided with outdoor side expansion parts 61, 71 expanding from an outer wall part 18a to an outdoor side, and indoor side expansion parts 62, 72 expanding from the outer wall part 18a to a habitable space side opposite to the side that the outdoor side expansion parts 61, 71 expand. In the building body 12, a machine room 45, 55 is formed so as to straddle across the inside of the outdoor side expansion part 61, 71 and the inside of the indoor side expansion part 62, 72. In the machine room 45, 55, an indoor machine 41, 51 is installed, and on the outdoor side expansion part 61, 71, an outdoor machine 42, 52 is installed. The indoor machine 41, 51 and the outdoor machine 42, 52 are connected via a refrigerant pipe 43, 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】室内機と室外機とを有する空調設備を建物に設置するにあたり、居住空間の床面積の低減を抑制しながら、空調効率の低下を抑制することができる建物の空調設置構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物において、その建物本体12には、外壁部18aから屋外側に張り出す屋外側張出部61,71と、外壁部18aから屋外側張出部61,71とは反対側となる居住空間側に張り出す屋内側張出部62,72とが設けられている。建物本体12には、屋外側張出部61,71の内部と屋内側張出部62,72の内部とに跨がって機械室45,55が形成されている。機械室45,55には室内機41,51が設置され、屋外側張出部61,71の上には室外機42,52が設置されている。室内機41,51と室外機42,52とは冷媒管43,53を介して接続されている。【選択図】 図2
