To provide a supporting structure for a column capable of reducing dead space.SOLUTION: A supporting structure for a column 1 supports the column 1 in an erected situation with a foundation 10 arranged on a ground G. On the foundation 10, an upper end part protrudes above the foundation 10, and a supporting member 11 is positioned at a position apart by a space m larger than a covering thickness from one edge part of the foundation 10.
