SEALANT, SEALANT SUPPLIES, AND CHEMICAL GROUTING METHOD
To provide a chemical grouting method capable of expanding penetration source and suppressing the collapse of a hole wall.SOLUTION: The present invention is a chemical grouting method of feeding a chemical fluid into the ground and solidifying the fed chemical fluid to improve the ground. In a chemical grouting method, a drilled hole is formed in the ground, a feeding pipe is inserted into the drilled hole, a sealant is filled between the feeding pipe and the hole wall of the drilled hole, a chemical fluid having a pH of less than 4 is discharged from an inlet of the feeding pipe, and the chemical fluid dissolves at least a part of the sealant and penetrates the ground. The sealant contains a gel of aluminum hydroxide, and the specific gravity is in the range of 1.05 to 1.30, and the pH is in the range of 4 to 11.1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】浸透源を拡大し、孔壁の崩落を抑制できる薬液注入工法を提供すること。【解決手段】薬液を地盤に注入し、注入した薬液が固結することで地盤を改良する薬液注入工法である。薬液注入工法では、前記地盤に掘削孔を形成し、前記掘削孔に注入管が挿入され、前記注入管と前記掘削孔の孔壁との間にシール剤が充填された状態とし、前記注入管の注入口から、pHが4未満である前記薬液を吐出し、前記薬液が前記シール剤の少なくとも一部を溶解して前記地盤に浸透する。前記シール剤は、水酸化アルミニウムのゲルを含み、比重が1.05〜1.30の範囲内であり、pHが4〜11.1の範囲内である。【選択図】図2
