To provide a fitting jig for a vertically roofed exterior material and a construction method of a vertically roofed exterior structure using the jig which can easily and securely fit an exterior material to a holding member, regardless of kinds, plate thickness and the like of a metal plate material and the like constituting a backing shape and an exterior material.SOLUTION: This invention provides a fitting jig 1 for a vertically roofed exterior material 2 including a molded portion 22 for fitting the vertically roofed exterior material 2 at a side edge to a holding member 3 attached on a backing which comprises: a press portion 11 pressing fitting portions 23 formed in molded portions 22 to 25 of the exterior material 2 to fitted portions 34 formed in the holding members 3; a pressure applying portion 12 for continuously applying pressure to the press portion 11 from above; and one or both of a leg portion 13 being in contact with a surface of the exterior material 2 and an arm portion 14 for making the press portion 11 be along the holding members 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】下地形状や外装材を構成する金属板材等の種類や板厚等に関わりなく、外装材を保持部材へ容易に且つ確実に嵌め付けることができる縦葺き外装材の嵌合用治具、及び該治具を用いた縦葺き外装構造の施工法を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明は、下地上に取り付けられた保持部材３に対し、側縁に成形部２２を備える縦葺き外装材２を嵌合させる縦葺き外装材２の嵌合用治具１であって、外装材２の成形部２２〜２５に形成した嵌合部２３を保持部材３に形成した被嵌合部３４に押圧する押し部１１と、押し部１１に連続して上方から押圧させるための加圧部１２と、外装材２表面に当接する脚部１３、及び押し部１１を保持部材３に沿わせるための腕部１４のうち何れか一方又は両方を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
