To provide a transparent substrate with a laminate film suitable for use as a single sheet in heat region from low latitude to middle latitude, and excellent in durability in addition to high heat shielding property and high color rendering property, and a window glass having the transparent substrate with the laminate film.SOLUTION: There is provided a transparent substrate with a laminate film having a transparent substrate, and a laminate film by a transparent conductive layer, a nitrogen-containing light absorption layer and a dielectric layer on the transparent substrate in this order from a transparent substrate side, film thickness of the transparent conductive layer is 10 to 200 nm, film thickness of the nitrogen-containing light absorption layer is over 10 nm and 60 nm or less, and film thickness of the dielectric layer is 20 to 80 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
