To provide a free access floor in which a step is hardly formed between upper surfaces of a plurality of installed panels, and which can enhance safety.SOLUTION: A free access floor comprises: a flat panel 3 having a box shape in a plan view and having a flange part at an upper part peripheral edge; and a support leg 4 for supporting four corners of the panel. The support leg includes: a normal support part in which an upper surface comes into contact with a lower surface of the flange part in a state in which the support leg supports the panel; and an emergency support part which enters the lower side of the corner of a bottom part of the panel in a state in which the support leg supports the panel, and which does not come into contact with the panel. The difference of elevation from the upper surface of the normal support part to the upper surface of the emergency support part is larger than the difference of elevation from the lower surface of the flange part of the panel to the lower surface of the corner of the bottom part, and it is set within a range so that, when a downward load is applied to the central part of the panel in a state in which the support legs support the four corners of the panel, the corners of the bottom part come into contact with the upper surface of the emergency support part before the flange part starts buckling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
