FLOOR SLAB WATERPROOF LAYER CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a construction method of floor slab waterproof layer which has not only a waterproof function but also an asphalt pavement and concrete floor slab reinforcement function, in a simple procedure with good workability.SOLUTION: A floor slab waterproof layer construction method for forming a floor slab waterproof layer provided with a laminated coating waterproof material in which a heating type film waterproof material and a net-like reinforcement sheet are laminated between a concrete floor slab and asphalt pavement, includes: a first process for dividing the heating type film waterproof material into two layers, a prime coat heating type film waterproof material and a final coat heating type film waterproof material, and laying the net-like reinforcement sheet before curing, immediately after applying the prime coat heating type film waterproof material on the upper surface of a surface treatment agent applied to the concrete floor slab; and a second process of applying the final coat heating type film waterproof material to the upper surface of the net-like reinforcement sheet after curing of the prime coat heating type film waterproof material. The net-like reinforcement sheet consists of a continuous glass fiber impregnated with a resin having an affinity to asphalt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】作業性の良い簡略な手順にて、防水機能だけでなく、アスファルト舗装およびコンクリート系床版の補強機能を兼ね備えた、床版防水層の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート系床版とアスファルト舗装の間に、加熱型塗膜防水材と網状補強シートを積層した積層塗膜防水材を備える床版防水層を形成するための、床版防水層の施工方法であって、加熱型塗膜防水材を、下塗り用加熱型塗膜防水材と上塗り用加熱型塗膜防水材の２層に分割し、コンクリート系床版に塗布した下地処理剤の上面に、下塗り用加熱型塗膜防水材を塗布した直後、硬化する前に網状補強シートを敷設する第１の工程と、下塗り用加熱型塗膜防水材の硬化後、網状補強シートの上面に、上塗り用加熱型塗膜防水材を塗布する第２の工程と、を備え、網状補強シートが、アスファルトとの親和性を有する樹脂を含浸したガラス長繊維製である。【選択図】図１
