To provide a tubing device which can be transported and stored with a plurality of handrail members and which is provided with a handrail holder with easy handling.SOLUTION: A tubing device 11 is provided with: a working deck 20 provided with an opening part 19 with an inner diameter corresponding to an inner diameter of a casing insert hole on a chuck frame; a plurality of handrail members 22 detachably arranged along an outer edge of the working deck; and a handrail holder 27 detachably arranged in the casing insert hole to receive the plurality of the handrail members detached from the working deck in a standing condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】複数の手摺部材をチュービング装置と一緒に輸送、保管することができ、且つ、取り扱いも容易な手摺保持器を備えたチュービング装置を提供する。【解決手段】チュービング装置１１は、チャックフレームの上に、ケーシング挿通孔の内径に対応した内径を有する開口部１９を備えた作業デッキ２０と、該作業デッキの外縁に沿って着脱可能に設けられた複数の手摺部材２２とを備え、ケーシング挿通孔に、作業デッキから取り外した複数の手摺部材を起立状態で収納する手摺保持器２７を着脱可能に設けた。【選択図】図３
