BAG BODY FOR FORMING FILLING LAYER OF SLAB-TYPE TRACK, AND FILLING LAYER FORMING METHOD USING BAG BODY
To provide a bag body for forming filling layer used for providing a filling layer in a space formed between an outer peripheral surface of a projection of a roadbed concrete and an inner peripheral surface of a cutout part of a track slab in the construction of a slab-type track, without causing a decrease in workability of a filling layer forming operation.SOLUTION: A bag body 42 has an arc-shaped outer peripheral wall 44 in plan view, disposed opposite to an inner peripheral surface of a notch 11; and an arc-shaped inner peripheral wall 45 in plan view, disposed to face an outer peripheral surface of a protrusion 13. The outer peripheral wall 44 and the inner peripheral wall 45 comprise nonwoven fabric made of resin having rigidity and liquid permeability, and being self-supporting. The bag body 42 is not provided with a separate member such as a core body for self-supporting. Therefore, the manufacture of bag bodies 40, 60 for forming filling layers is easy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】スラブ式軌道の施工において、路盤コンクリートの突起部の外周面と軌道スラブの切欠部の内周面との間にできる間隙部に填充層を設けるために用いられる填充層形成用袋体を、填充層形成作業の作業性の低下を招くことなく、容易に製造できるようにする。【解決手段】袋本体42が、切欠部11の内周面に対向配置される平面視で円弧状の外周壁44及び突起部13の外周面に対向配置される平面視で円弧状の内周壁45を有し、外周壁44及び内周壁45が、自立可能な剛性及び通液性を有する樹脂製の不織布からなる。袋本体42が自立のための芯体等の別部材を備えていないため、填充層形成用袋体40、60の製造が容易である。【選択図】図2
