To provide an anchor bolt for adhesive anchor and the like capable of exerting sufficient tensile strength with a relatively shallow embedding depth.SOLUTION: An anchor bolt for adhesive anchor 11A is an anchor bolt which is bonded and fixed in an anchor hole AH formed in an anchorage body C via an adhesive 12. The anchor bolt includes: a cylindrical anchoring portion 14 extending from the opening Ha of the anchor hole AH up to the hole back; and a shank portion 15 which is screwed to fit with the inner periphery of the anchoring portion 14 to which a tensile force acts. The anchoring portion 14 is formed of a metal material with elongation ratio to reach tensile failure of 8% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
