To provide an information provision device and a loading work support system that can improve work efficiency of loading vehicles or carrying vehicles related to loading work.SOLUTION: An information provision device 20 includes a loading progress level calculation unit calculating a progress level of loading work that a loading vehicle 2 performs with respect to one carrying vehicle 3, and a loading progress level transmission unit transmitting, to a server device 10, intermediate loading information indicating that loading work is on an intermediate stage when a progress level becomes more than or equal to a progress level determination threshold corresponding to the intermediate stage of loading work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
