To provide a vehicle door seal structure which achieves high position accuracy of window glass and a seal member and excellent seal performance and slide performance.SOLUTION: A vehicle door seal structure includes: window glass which opens or closes a window opening enclosed by a door sash; a guide member forming the door sash and provided with a guide part extending in a longitudinal direction; a slider which supports the window glass and is supported so as to slide relative to the guide part in a longitudinal direction of the door sash; a seal member which is disposed along the longitudinal direction of the door sash, closes a space between the window glass and the door sash in a water-tight manner, and may elastically deform; and a positioning part which is provided at the guide member and determines a position of the seal member in an inner-outer peripheral direction in which the window opening is located at the inner periphery side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
