UPPER DOOR OF CARGO BOX OF MOTOR LORRY, CARGO BOX FORMATION STRUCTURE AND MOTOR LORRY
To provide an upper door of a cargo box of a motor lorry capable of facilitating lock/lock releasing work in opening/closing time of a door, and capable of being produced at low production cost by reducing a number of components, and a cargo box formation structure and a motor lorry including the upper door.SOLUTION: There are provided an upper door 15 of a cargo box of a motor lorry 1 comprising: a door body 18 comprising an outer wall surface 21, an inner wall surface 23 and outer peripheral end surfaces corresponding to a thickness; and an extended thin plate 22 protruded in parallel to the outer wall surface 21 from one of the outer peripheral end surface 25 of the door body 18 so as to form a step on the outer peripheral end surface 25 side with the outer wall surface 21 as reference, a cargo box formation structure 4 in which the upper door 15 is attached to the cargo box so as to open upward, and a motor lorry 1 in which, a gate 6a with a gate lock mechanism 31 which is installed on a periphery of a loading space 3 is used for pressing the extended thin plate 22 of the upper door 15 to a support pole 9 from outside for closing a lower opening part of the cargo box formation structure 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 扉の開閉時のロック・ロック解除作業をより簡便にし、部品点数の削減による製造コストの低減が可能な貨物自動車の荷箱の上扉、ならびに、当該上扉を含む荷室形成用構造体および貨物自動車を提供する。【解決手段】 外壁面２１、内壁面２３および厚みに相当する外周端面を有する扉本体１８と、外壁面２１を基準として外周端面２５側に段差を形成するように扉本体１８の外周端面２５の１つから外壁面２１と平行に張り出して延びる延長薄板２２とを備えた貨物自動車１の荷箱の上扉１５、当該上扉１５を荷箱に上開き可能に取り付けた荷室形成用構造体４、荷台３の周縁に標準設置されているゲートロック機構３１付きのアオリ６ａを利用して、上扉１５の延長薄板２２を外側から支持柱９に押さえつけて荷室形成用構造体４の下側開口部を閉じるように構成した貨物自動車１である。【選択図】 図３
