To provide a production method of a glass lifter of a vehicle door which can give a wire tension by excellent workability.SOLUTION: In a production method of a glass lifter of a vehicle door which makes a window glass go up and down in a window opening, a slider which supports a window glass is made to support slidably to a guide rail which extends in the lifting direction of the window glass, a wire which connects a drum that is supported to the guide rail and is rotated and driven by a driving source and the slider is arranged along the guide rail, and tension of the wire is made to increase by changing an arrangement trajectory of the arranged wire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22
