REPAIR SEAL, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING REPAIR SEAL, AND REPAIR STRUCTURE
To provide a repair seal which is hard to cause cracks and peeling at the time of sticking work and which is less noticeable after repair and a method for manufacturing the repair seal, and furthermore, to provide a repair structure hard to cause cracks and peeling at the time of sticking work and less noticeable after repair.SOLUTION: Repair seals 7 and 8 of the present invention are used for a decorative panel 1 in which at least one or more undercoat layers 1b and 1c, a colored layer 1d and a clear layer 1e are arranged in this order on a substrate 1a. The repair seals 7 and 8 are provided with a repair multilayer body 70 and an adhesive layer 71. The repair multilayer body 70 comprises a base sheet 70a made of transparent or semitransparent resin, a repair colored layer 70b provided on a surface of the base sheet 70a and made of the same paint as the colored layer 1d, and a repaired clear layer 70c made of the same paint as the clear layer 1e. The adhesive layer 71 is provided on the rear surface of the base sheet 70a and transparent or semitransparent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】貼付作業時にクラックや剥離が発生し難く、かつ補修後に目立ち難い補修用シールを提供する。また、この補修用シールを製造する。さらに、貼付作業時にクラックや剥離が発生し難く、かつ補修後に目立ち難い補修構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の補修用シール７、８は、基板１ａの上に少なくとも１層以上の下塗層１ｂ、１ｃと、着色層１ｄと、クリヤー層１ｅとをこの順に配した化粧パネル１に使用される。補修用シール７、８は、補修多層体７０と接着層７１とを備えている。補修多層体７０は、透明又は半透明な樹脂製の基材シート７０ａ、基材シート７０ａの表面に設けられ、着色層１ｄと同一の塗料からなる補修着色層７０ｂ、及びクリヤー層１ｅと同一の塗料からなる補修クリヤー層７０ｃを有する。接着層７１は、基材シート７０ａの裏面に設けられ、透明又は半透明である。【選択図】図９
