REINFORCEMENT METAL FIXTURE FOR WOODEN BUILDING, AND WOODEN BUILDING USING THE REINFORCEMENT METAL FIXTURE FOR WOODEN BUILDING
To achieve sure reinforcement via efficient conveyance of tensile force without relying on joint angles between wood materials, with a simple shape and without increasing manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A reinforcement metal fixture for a wooden building includes: a first fixture 11; a second fixture 12; and a pulling fitting 13 for pulling the second fixture and the first fixture. The pulling fitting 13 includes: a shaft member 13a of a whole screw on which a male screw part 13a1 is formed on an entire outer peripheral surface; and a round steel nut 13b on which a female screw hole 13b1 screwed onto the male screw part 13a1 of the shaft member 13a is formed. The second fixture 12 includes: a back plate part 12a fixed on a first wood material 3 which is one of the wood materials; and a pair of side plate parts 12b, 12b provided erecting from both sides of the back plate part 12a. Round steel support holes 12b1, 12b1 are respectively formed on the pair of side plate parts 12b, 12b, and the round steel nut 13b screwed onto the male screw part 13a1 of the shaft member 13a is rotatably provided in the round steel support holes 12b1, 12b1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】シンプルな形状で製造コストをかけず、かつ、木材同士の接合角度に依存せずに引張力を効率良く伝達して確実に補強する。【解決手段】第1固定金具11と、第2固定金具12と、第2固定金具と第1固定金具とを引寄せる引寄せ金具13とを有し、引寄せ金具13は、外周面全体に雄ネジ部13a1が形成された全ねじの軸部材13aと、その軸部材13aの雄ネジ部13a1に螺合する雌ネジ孔13b1が形成された丸鋼ナット13bとを備え、第2固定金具12は、一方の木材である第1木材3に固定される背板部12aと、その背板部12aの両側から起立して設けられた一対の側板部12b,12bとを有すると共に、その一対の側板部12b,12bには、それぞれ、丸鋼ナット支持孔12b1,12b1が形成され、その丸鋼ナット支持孔12b1,12b1には、軸部材13aの雄ネジ部13a1に螺合した丸鋼ナット13bが回動可能に設けられる。【選択図】図1
