To provide a panel roof structure and a panel mounting device capable of facilitating mounting of a panel on a roof having a projecting part and suppressing an increase in the thickness of the roof.SOLUTION: A panel mounting device 1 for attaching a panel 3 to a goby type folded board roof 2 having a goby part 2a as a projecting part to construct a panel roof structure A comprises a holding tool 10 which has a flat plate-like base portion 11, a pair of hanging portions 12 projecting downward from the base portion 11, a pair of connection projections 13 respectively projecting from the pair of hanging portions 12, and a female screw hole 14 passing through one hanging portion 12 and in which a gripping bolt 31 whose head is directed outward is screwed into the female screw hole 14, and a panel holder 20 having a mounting portion 21 on the same surface as the upper surface of the base portion 11 and having both ends attached to the connection projection 13 and to which the panel 3 is mounted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
