To provide a window glass lifting device for not unnecessarily applying a load to an upper end side member such as a door sash when window glass moves to the upper end.SOLUTION: A stopper 70 comprises an abutting member 71 provided with an abutting surface for abutting on a lifted carrier plate 20, a restraint part 72B for restraining the movement in the lifting direction of the abutting member 71, a support part 72A for supporting the abutting member 71 and an energization member 73 for transferring the abutting surface to the lower side, the abutting member 71 or the carrier plate 20 comprises an elastic part, the stopper 70 is supported in a state where the abutting member 71 regulates transfer to the lower side by the energization member 73 by the support part 72A in an initial state, and when the carrier plate 20 is lifted and abuts on the abutting surface (a second side surface 71B) in a fixation, while regulation of the transfer to the lower side of the abutting member 71 by the support part 72A is released, when the carrier plate 20 descends to the lower side, the abutting surface (a first side surface 71A) transfers to the lower side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
