To reinforce a rising part without causing cost increase, in a wash place floor panel comprising a foam resin panel body including the rising part.SOLUTION: A rising part 20 is formed at a bathroom-side end of a foam resin panel body 10 of a wash place floor panel 3. A downside reinforcement panel member 13 is provided on the bottom of the panel body 10.
