To ensure water tightness by vertically supporting piping led from an opening of a bath room waterproof pan.SOLUTION: A piping leading structure 5 leads piping P1, P2 so as to be waterproofed, which pass through an opening 16 formed on a bath room waterproof pan 1, toward an area above the bath room waterproof pan 1. The piping leading structure 5 has a leading member 6. The leading member 6 has an insertion part 42, which covers the opening 16 so as to be waterproofed and makes the piping P1, P2 waterproof and pass. At least a section including the insertion part 42 is made of elastic material. A centering member 20 is disposed on an inner periphery of a foam layer 10a of the bath room waterproof pan 1. The centering member 20 has a vertical support cylinder part 23 located immediately under the insertion part 42. The piping P1, P2 are inserted in the support cylinder part 23 and supported vertically by the support cylinder part 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
