JOINT STRUCTURE BETWEEN WALL MEMBER AND FOUNDATION
To provide a joint fixing structure between a foundation and wall members which allows a construction process to be easily performed, and strength and stability to be achieved better than those of previous structures.SOLUTION: A joint structure of a foundation is provided with: two steel bars 2 extending in a longitudinal direction in a center part in a width direction arranged with a space apart from each other in a generally horizontal direction; a pile 5 fixed on a lower side part 6a of a lower end of concrete for a foundation, an upper surface of which is provided with a predetermined width with the periphery hardened with concrete; a column base steel plate 6 of a metal thin plate, an upper side part 6b of which is exposed from an upper surface 4a of a foundation 4, arranged in a generally parallel direction to the longitudinal direction of the two steel bars 2 and buried with the pile 5 and clamped in a way front and rear surfaces face to the steel bars 2; a wall member 7 provided with a slit formed upward from an opening of a bottom to receive the upper side part 6b; and a fasten member 8 fastening the column base steel plate 6 to the wall member 7 by being inserted through an attachment pin hole 6c and a wall pin hole 7d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】設置工程が簡単で、より強く且つ安定させることができる基礎と壁部材の接合固定構造を提供する。【解決手段】幅方向の中心部に長手方向に延びる２本の鉄筋２が略水平方向に間隔を開けて配設されて周囲をコンクリートで固めた所定の幅を上面に有する基礎のコンクリートの下端部に杭棒５が固定された下方側部６ａが２本の鉄筋２の長手方向と略平行方向に配設されると共に、鉄筋２に対して表裏面が面するように挟まれて杭棒５と共に埋設固定され、上方側部６ｂが基礎４の上面４ａから露出した金属薄板からなる柱脚鋼板６と、上方側部６ｂを収納するために底面の開口部から上方に向かって形成したスリットを具備する壁部材７と、取付ピン孔６ｃ及び壁ピン孔７ｄを貫通して柱脚鋼板６と壁部材７を締結する締結具８とを具備する。【選択図】図１
