CLEAN BOOTH
To provide a clean booth capable of preventing outside air from flowing into a work booth installed in a building.SOLUTION: In a clean booth 10A, an air supply amount of a fan filter unit is adjusted so that airflow flowing from an outside air supply port toward a first port 13 in a font-back direction (one direction) occurs in a work booth 12 by cleaned air (outside air) supplied from the outside air supply port to the work booth 12; air circulating a buffer space 15 from the first port 13 toward a second port 14 is prevented from flowing back into the work booth 12 from the first port 13; and air in the work booth 12 flows out from the first port 13 to the buffer space 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建造物内に設置した作業ブースの内部への外部空気の流入を防ぐことができるクリーンブースを提供する。【解決手段】クリーンブース１０Ａでは、外部空気給気口から作業ブース１２に給気される清浄空気（外部空気）によって外部空気給気口から第１出入口１３に向かって前後方向（一方向）へ流れる気流が作業ブース１２の内部に発生するように、ファンフィルターユニットの給気風量が調節され、第１出入口１３から第２出入口１４に向かって緩衝スペース１５を通流する空気が第１出入口１３から作業ブース１２の内部に逆流することなく、作業ブース１２の内部の空気が第１出入口１３から緩衝スペース１５に流出する。【選択図】図１
