FLOOR STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
To provide a floor structure which has a heat insulator containing aerogel and enables a person walking on the floor to feel rigid surface.SOLUTION: A floor structure 1 is set on a floor of a building. The floor structure 1 has a main layer 2 containing a hardener 3 of a hardening material and aerogel 4 dispersed in the hardener 3. The main layer 2 has a heat insulation layer 5 containing a part of the hardener 3 and the aerogel 4. The main layer 2 has a surface layer 6 that is disposed above the heat insulation layer 5 and contains remainder other than the part of the hardener 3 and no aerogel 4. The heat insulation layer 5 and the surface layer 6 are integrated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】エアロゲルを含む断熱材を備え、かつ歩行する人が強固な感触を感じることができる床構造を提供する。【解決手段】床構造1は、建物の床に設置されている。床構造1は、硬化性材料の硬化物3と、硬化物3中に分散したエアロゲル4とを含む主層2を備える。主層2は、硬化物3の一部と前記エアロゲル4とを含有する断熱層5を備える。主層2は、断熱層5の上方にあり、硬化物3の一部以外の残部を含有しエアロゲル4を含有しない表面層6を更に備える。断熱層5と表面層6とは一体化している。【選択図】図1
