BUFFER MEMBER FITTING STRUCTURE AND FITTING METHOD IN SASH DOOR
To provide a structure for fitting a buffer member 13 for mitigating shock, to the door tip longitudinal rail 6 of a sash door 3; in a simple configuration capable of restricting the buffer member 13 not to slip off.SOLUTION: A method of fitting a buffer member in a sash door comprises: in a state where a buffer member 13 is set at an upper position, screwing a screw member 10a into a lower horizontal rail 5 through first and second insertion holes 13f, 13h to assemble a door tip longitudinal rail 6 and the lower horizontal rail 5 so as to result in the screw member 10a in a state of being fitted into the second insertion hole 13h; and then sliding the buffer member 13 to a lower position where a door roller 14 can be adjusted by a tool K through the first and second insertion holes 13f, 13h so as to result in the screw member 10a in a state of being fitted into and locked in a locking hole 13i to restrict the buffer member 13 not to slide off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】サッシ戸3の戸先側縦框6に衝撃緩衝用の緩衝材13を設けるにあたり、該緩衝材13の滑落規制を簡単な構成でできるようにする。【解決手段】緩衝材13を、上側位置に位置せしめた状態で、第一、第二挿入孔部13f、13hを通して螺子材10aを下横框5に螺入操作して戸先側縦框6と下横框5を組込みすることで螺子材10aを第二挿入孔部13hに嵌入した状態にした後、緩衝材13を、第一、第二挿入孔部13f、13hを通して工具Kによる戸車14の調整ができる下側位置にスライド移動させることで、螺子材10aが係止孔13iに嵌入係止することになって前記緩衝材13の滑落規制がなされるようにする。【選択図】図8
