To build a construction method that can shorten the construction period when combining wooden and RC structures.SOLUTION: In a construction method of building which unified a wooden structure part and an RC structure part, the construction method which precedes construction of frame construction of the wooden construction part and follows the construction of the RC structure part, in which at the junction of the wooden frame and RC frame, after arranging the anchor provided in the wooden frame in the concrete placing space, the concrete is placed and hardened in the placing space, and then construct a mixed structure of the wooden structure and RC structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】木造とＲＣ造の建造物を組み合わせて構築するに当たり、工期が短縮できる構築方法を開発すること。【解決手段】木造構造部分とＲＣ構造部分を一体化した建築物の施工方法において、木造構築部分の躯体工事を先行して施工し、ＲＣ構造部分の躯体を後行して施工する構築方法であって、木造躯体とＲＣ躯体の接合部分において、木造躯体に設けたアンカーをコンクリート打設空間内に配置した後に、該打設空間内にコンクリートを打設、硬化して、木造構造とＲＣ構造との混構造建築物を構築することを特徴とする木造・ＲＣ造混構造建築物の構築方法。【選択図】図８
