GROUND REINFORCING METHOD AND INJECTION PIPE DEVICE
To provide a ground reinforcing method and an injection pipe device press-fitting a consolidation material and compacting and strengthening a ground, while suppressing settlement, upheaval and the like of a ground associated with press-fitting of a fluid consolidation material.SOLUTION: An injection pipe device is configured of: a hole drilling pipe 6 which includes a hole drilling blade 6a at a tip portion; an injection pipe 7 which is arranged in the hole drilling pipe 6 and is penetrated into a ground together with the hole drilling pipe 6; a fixing packer 12 which fixes the injection pipe 7 in the hole drilling pipe 6; and an expansible/contractible bag body 11 which is attached to a tip portion of the injection pipe 7, is enlarged so as to expand surrounding soil in a state of projecting into a ground more than the tip portion of the hole drilling pipe 6, and compacts a surrounding ground. The injection pipe 7 comprises: a first injection pipe 8 press-fitting a consolidation material d into an enlarged diameter space c formed by the expansible/contractible bag body 11; and second and third injection pipes 9, 10 press-fitting gas or fluid respectively into the fixing packer 12 and the expansible/contractible bag body 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
【課題】流動性固結材の圧入に伴う地盤の隆起、沈下等を抑制しながら、固結材を圧入して地盤を締固めて強化する地盤強化工法及び注入管装置を提供する。【解決手段】先端部に削孔刃6aを有する削孔管6と削孔管6内に設置され、削孔管6と共に地中に貫入される注入管7と、注入管7を削孔管6内に固定する固定用パッカー12と、注入管7の先端部に取り付けられ、削孔管6の先端部より地中に突出した状態で周囲の土を押し広げるように拡大して周辺地盤を締固める膨縮性袋体11とから構成する。注入管7は、膨縮性袋体11によって形成された拡径空間cに固結材dを圧入する第一注入管8と固定用パッカー12と膨縮性袋体11にそれぞれ気体または流体を圧入する第二及び第三注入管9,10とから構成する。【選択図】図13
