PILE HEAD ISOLATION STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
To provide a pile head isolation structure capable of fixing a seismic isolation device with large outside diameter according to a pile diameter to the pile head while reducing the construction period by using a precast pile, and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing step of a precast pile 2, the precast pile 2 having a cylindrical outer shell concrete 3 with a plurality of anchor bolts 4 embedded previously in the pile head at intervals in the peripheral direction is manufactured in such manner that ready mixed concrete is solidified into a cylindrical shape with the plurality of embedded anchor bolts 4. At the construction site, the precast pile 2 with the flat head 2a of the pile head filled with the solidifying member 6 is installed into the ground G first, and a seismic isolation device 10 is placed on the upper face of the pile head and is fixed to the precast pile 2 via the plurality of anchor bolts 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既製杭を用いて施工工期を一段と短縮しつつ、杭径に応じた外径サイズの大きい免震装置を杭頭部に固定できる杭頭免震構造およびその構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】既製杭2を製造する工程で、複数本のアンカーボルト4を埋設した状態の生コンクリートを筒形状に固化させて、杭頭部に複数本のアンカーボルト4が周方向に間隔をあけて予め埋設された筒状の外殻コンクリート3を有する既製杭2を製造し、施工現場では、この既製杭2を地盤Gに打設した後、杭頭部の内空部分2aを固化部材6によって埋めて平坦にした杭頭部の上面に免震装置10を載置し、この免震装置10を複数本のアンカーボルト4を介して既製杭2に対して固定する。【選択図】図1
