TENSIONING DEVICE IN WEDGE TENSION TYPE SCAFFOLD
To provide a binding device in a wedge binding scaffold, as the unlocked wedge is always kept in the proper position, it is possible to smoothly perform the tightening and unbinding operations and the binding operation at the time of packing.SOLUTION: The tensioning device comprises: an U-shaped socket fitting 2 as viewed from a plane fixed to an outer side surface 11 of a support 1; an insert fitting 4 with a wedge 5 fixed to an end face 31 of a cloth material 3 in a hanging manner;, and a compression coil spring 6 provided on the upper surface of an inner surface of a vertical wall 41 in the insert fitting 4 to bias an upper portion of the wedge 5 rearward. An elastic force of the compression coil spring 6 presses a top portion 591 of a rear projection 59 of a rear surface of the wedge 5 against a lower portion of the end surface 31 of the cloth 3, and a lower portion 57 rather than a bending convex portion 56, of a front surface of the wedge 5 is pressed against an inner surface of the vertical wall 41 of the insert fitting 4, thereby the unlocked state of the wedge 5 is maintained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】アンロック状態のくさびが常に適正な位置に保持されるようにして、緊結および緊結解除の作業ならびに梱包時の結束作業をスムーズに行いうる、くさび緊結式足場における緊結装置を提供する。【解決手段】緊結装置は、支柱1の外側面11に固着された平面より見てコ字形のソケット金具2と、布材3の端面31に垂下状に固着されたくさび5付きインサート金具4と、インサート金具4における垂直壁41内面の上部に設けられて、くさび5の上部を後方に向かって付勢する圧縮コイルばね6とを備えている。圧縮コイルばね6の弾性力によって、くさび5後面の後方突出部59の頂部分591が布材3の端面31の下部に押し付けられるとともに、くさび5の前面における屈曲凸部56よりも下方部分57がインサート金具4の垂直壁41内面に押し付けられることにより、くさび5のアンロック状態が保持される。【選択図】図３
