To provide a hybrid work machine improving the operability of an operator when the work load received by the work attachment and the control input received by the control lever are changed.SOLUTION: A hydraulic backhoe comprises: an engine 10 having an output axis 10A; a dynamo 31; a capacitor 33; a first motor 52; a first hydraulic pump 21; a boom cylinder 201; a first control lever 81A; a rotational speed setting part; and a generator control part. The rotational speed setting part, during high load work, sets amendment target rotational speed NC of the output axis 10A in accordance with the working pressure of the boom cylinder 201 or the control input of the first control lever 81A. The generator control part adjusts the power generation load of the dynamo 31 so that the rotational speed of the output axis 10A approaches the amendment rotation. By the change of the operation sound of the engine 10, the operator can experience the working power of the hydraulic backhoe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】作業アタッチメントが受ける作業負荷や操作レバーが受ける操作量が変化した場合における作業者の操作性を向上させたハイブリッド作業機械を提供する。【解決手段】油圧ショベルは、出力軸１０Ａを有するエンジン１０と、発電機３１と、蓄電器３３と、第１モータ５２と、第１油圧ポンプ２１と、ブームシリンダ２０１と、第１操作レバー８１Ａと、回転数設定部と、発電機制御部と、を備える。回転数設定部は、高負荷作業時に、ブームシリンダ２０１の作動圧または第１操作レバー８１Ａの操作量に応じた出力軸１０Ａの補正用目標回転数ＮＣを設定する。発電機制御部は、出力軸１０Ａの回転数が補正用回転に近づくように発電機３１の発電負荷を調整する。エンジン１０の作動音の変化によって、作業者が油圧ショベルの作業パワーを体感することができる。【選択図】図２
