VEHICLE-PURPOSE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, ON-VEHICLE COMMUNICATION DEVICE AND VEHICLE-PURPOSE COMMUNICATION METHOD
To provide a vehicle-purpose communication system, on-vehicle communication device and vehicle-purpose communication method that enlarge a communication range with portable type communication devices users carry with, and can detect a location of the portable type communication device.SOLUTION: A vehicle-purpose communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an on-vehicle communication device that transmits a radio signal, using a plurality of transmission-purpose antennas arranged in a vehicle with the antennas spaced from each other; and a portable type communication device that receives the signal transmitted from the on-vehicle communication device, and transmits a responce signal. The on-vehicle communication device is configured to simultaneously transmit the radio signals from the plurality of transmission-purposed antennas; when receiving the responce signal from the portable type communication device with respect to the simultaneously transmitted radio signals, individually transmit the radio signal sequentially from the plurality of transmission-purpose antennas; and determine a relative location of the portable type communication device to the vehicle in accordance with the response signal from the portable type communication device with respect to the sequentially transmitted radio signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ユーザが所持する可搬型通信装置との通信範囲を拡大すると共に、可搬型通信装置の位置を検知することができる車両用通信システム、車載通信装置及び車両用通信方法を提供する。【解決手段】本実施の形態に係る車両用通信システムは、車両に離隔して配置された複数の送信用アンテナを用いて無線信号を送信する車載通信装置と、該車載通信装置から送信された無線信号を受信して応答信号を送信する可搬型通信装置とを備える車両用通信システムにおいて、前記車載通信装置は、前記複数の送信用アンテナから同時に無線信号を送信し、同時に送信した無線信号に対する前記可搬型通信装置からの応答信号を受信した場合に、前記複数の送信用アンテナから順次的に無線信号を個別送信し、順次的に送信した無線信号に対する前記可搬型通信装置からの応答信号に応じて、前記車両に対する前記可搬型通信装置の相対的な位置を判定する。【選択図】図4
