To provide an information processing device and the like capable of achieving efficient delivery even when there is a high possibility that a parked vehicle is suddenly moved in a delivery service which can specify the inside of a cabin of the vehicle used by a client as a delivery destination of a package.SOLUTION: An information processing device of an embodiment for operating a delivery service which can specify the inside of a cabin containing a trunk of the vehicle used by a client as a delivery destination of a package and supporting the operation of the service comprises: a vehicle location information acquisition unit which acquires the location information of the vehicle; a client location information acquisition unit which acquires location information of a portable terminal possessed by the client; and a delivery procedure determination unit which determines procedures related to the delivery of the package on the basis of the location information of the vehicle and the location information of the portable terminal possessed by the client when the vehicle is parked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
