METHOD FOR FORMING COATING FILM AND HEATING SPACE FORMING MEMBER FOR FORMATION OF COATING FILM
To provide a method for forming a coating film capable of forming a resin coating film on the surface of a steel material in a building site or an existing building.SOLUTION: A coating film forming method 1 includes a heating space forming process, a heating process S4, an applying process, and a coating film forming process, and a coating film made of a resin material is formed on a surface 101 of a steel material 100. In the heating space forming process, a heating space 50 is formed by surrounding at least a part of the steel material with an incombustible material.In the heating process S4, the heating space 50 is heated to raise the temperature of the steel material 100 to a predetermined temperature. In the applying process, a resin material made of a thermoplastic resin is applied to the surface 101 of the steel material 100 to form a resin layer. In the film forming process, the resin material forming the resin layer is melted by the steel material 100 heated to form a film on the surface 101 of the steel material 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】建築現場や既設の建築物において鋼材の表面に樹脂製の被膜を形成することができる、被膜形成方法を提供すること。【解決手段】被膜形成方法1は加熱空間形成工程、加熱工程S4、付与工程、被膜形成工程を含み、鋼材100の表面101に樹脂材料からなる被膜を形成する。加熱空間形成工程では、不燃材により鋼材の少なくとも一部を囲んで区画された加熱空間50を形成する。加熱工程S4では、加熱空間50を加熱して鋼材100を所定温度まで昇温させる。付与工程では、鋼材100の表面101に熱可塑性樹脂からなる樹脂材料を付与して樹脂層を形成する。被膜形成工程では、樹脂層を形成する樹脂材料を、昇温させた鋼材100により溶融させて鋼材100の表面101に被膜を形成する。【選択図】図5
