To provide a ventilable attic vent structure and vent member between the attic and the ambient air which is easy to install and which can also be a configuration without eaves.SOLUTION: It comprises a ventilation member 1 disposed between the decorative plate 102 and the outer wall 103 and capable of forming a ventilation path between the attic 2 and the outside air, and the ventilation member 1 is disposed along the outer surface of the decorative plate 102 and the outer wall 103 and comprises a plate-like metal opening member 20 provided with a ventilation opening 24 of the ventilation path, a lower baffle plate member 21 made of resin, connected to the back surface side of the opening member 20 and disposed so as to be in contact with the upper end of the outer wall 103, and having the lower baffle plates 27 and 28 extending upward, and an upper baffle plate member 22 connected to the back surface side of the opening member 20 and arranged to be in contact with the lower end of the decorative plate and it has an upper baffle plate 31 extending downward at a depth position different from the lower baffle plates 27 and 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
