ACCOMMODATION ABOVE PARKING FRAME
To provide an accommodation above a parking frame construction work of which is not large scale, which is compact and easily constructed, and which effectively utilizes a space above a parking frame in a plane parking garage.SOLUTION: In a parking frame that is framed in a plane parking garage X, posts 11 are erected respectively at four corners along the parking frame and at intermediate positions in a longer direction of the parking frame. A floor part which is in accordance with a shape of the parking frame and which is set to have a height enabling getting on and off from a car C parked in the parking frame is held to each post 11. An accommodation body 13 which is surrounded by frame bodies, is simple, and can accommodate is provided on the floor part. In addition, a stairway 26 enabling going up and down to the accommodation body 13 above the parking frame is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工作業が大がかりでなくコンパクトで施工し易いものとし、平面駐車場の駐車枠の上部の空間を有効利用して駐車枠上部の宿泊施設を提供する。【解決手段】平面駐車場Ｘに枠組みされた駐車枠に、その駐車枠に則した四隅及び駐車枠の長さ方向の中間位置にそれぞれ支柱１１を立設し、この各支柱１１に、駐車枠の形状に則しかつ当該駐車枠に駐車した車Ｃからの乗降を可能にする高さに設定された床部分を保持する。そして、床部分に、枠体に囲まれた簡易で宿泊可能な宿泊施設体１３を設けるとともに、駐車枠上部の宿泊施設体１３への昇降を可能とする階段２６を設けている。【選択図】図１
