To provide a structural reinforcement structure using reinforcement member facilitating weight reduction and precasting while ensuring rigidity and load resistance.SOLUTION: Each of a pillar 10 and a beam-column connection portion 10a are formed of a reinforcement panel 12 that includes a core material 11 in which a cross-laminated timber (CLT) of multiple wood plates which are laminated so that each layer is orthogonal to each other and cellulose nanofibers (CNF) attached to the outer peripheral surface of the core material 11 enclosing the same. A beam 20 is also constituted of a core material 21 of the CLT and a reinforcement panel 22 of the CNF attached to the outer peripheral surface of the core material 21 enclosing the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
