FORMWORK TIMBERING METHOD AND FORMWORK TIMBERING STRUCTURE
To provide a formwork timbering method capable of supporting a formwork without damaging a concrete base surface.SOLUTION: There is provided a formwork timbering method for supporting a formwork for forming a concrete rising portion by installation on a concrete flat face-shaped base surface G. A support member 1 through which a penetrating horizontal screw hole portion 11 is provided is arranged, and fixed to the base surface G by a fastening member 10, in a region Y of the base surface G where the rising portion is to be formed. An intermediate portion of a separator 2 is screwed to the screw hole portion 11 of the support member 1, and a formwork material 3 is held in a standing shape by a fastening metal fitting 4 screwed with an end portion of the separator 2 and the separator 2. A laid member 5 is arranged on the base surface G at an outer side of the formwork material 3, and one end portion 5a of the laid member 5 is fixed to a lower end portion 3b of the formwork material 3. A contractive and expansive support rod member 6 is made to be in a sloped attitude, a lower end portion 6b of the support rod member 6 is made in contact with a stopper portion 50 provided in the laid member 5, and an upper edge of the formwork material 3 is pressed and held by an upper end portion 6a of the support rod member 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】コンクリート製のベース面を損傷させずに型枠を支保可能な型枠支保工法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート製の平坦面状のベース面G上に、コンクリート製の立ち上がり部を打設にて形成する型枠を支保するための型枠支保工法であって、ベース面Gの立ち上がり部形成予定域Yに、水平方向のねじ孔部11が貫設された支柱部材1を配設して固着具10にてベース面Gに固定すると共に、支柱部材1のねじ孔部11にセパレータ2の中間部を螺合させ、セパレータ2の端部に螺合する締付金具4とセパレータ2にて型枠材3を起立状に挟持し、型枠材3の外方側においてベース面G上に敷き部材5を配設すると共に型枠材3の下端部3bに敷き部材5の一端部5aを固着して、伸縮自在な支持杆部材6を傾斜状姿勢として、敷き部材5に設けたストッパ部50に支持杆部材6の下端部6bを当接させると共に、支持杆部材6の上端部6aによって型枠材3の上縁を押圧保持する。【選択図】図4
