To manage the lending of articles such as keys according to a set schedule and to improve a utilization rate of lending objects.SOLUTION: A reservation management system includes: an article management apparatus for storing a facility-related article for using a facility; a schedule management unit for managing the reservation of the facility; and a cooperation unit for notifying a user that a facility-related article can be taken out at a predetermined first prior notification time before a scheduled use start time in the reservation of the facility when the article management apparatus detects the presence of the facility-related article while instructing the article management apparatus to arrange a setting that allows the user to take out the facility-related article.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
