The light emitting body 20 emits light L to the plate member 10 side and transmits at least part of the light entering from the plate member 10 side, and on the surface 10A on the in-vehicle side of the plate member 10, a reflection suppression layer 11 is provided for suppressing the reflection of the light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
