NATURAL GRAIN LAMINATED SHEET, AND DECORATIVE NON-COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL AND DECORATIVE SEMI-NON-COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL USING THE SAME
To provide a natural grain laminated sheet, and a decorative non-combustible material and a decorative semi-non-combustible material using the same, having woody, natural, and luxury appearance as well as causing no gap or peeling to be created while securing practical physical properties, and having excellent fire-proof property even after being installed without being processed in flame-retardant treatment.SOLUTION: A natural grain laminated sheet 50 is configured by attaching a backing material on a rear surface of a wooden decorative thin plate 41 with decorativeness on a surface as well as made of a woody material processed with a dimension stabilization treatment without being subjected to a flameproof treatment. The natural grain laminated sheet is attached on a surface of a non-combustible material (steel, a metal plate 61, etc.) or a semi-non-combustible material (gypsum boards etc.) as a base material. The material configured thereby meets standards on the non-combustible material or the semi-non-combustible material in the pyrogen test measured with a cone calorimeter in accordance with ISO5560-1:2002.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】木質感、ナチュラル感、高級感を有すると共に、実用的な物性を確保して隙間や剥離が生じることがなく、且つ、難燃化処理を施すことなく施工後にも高度な防燃性を有する天然杢シート、並びに、これを用いた化粧不燃材及び化粧準不燃材を提供する。【解決手段】防燃化処理を施すことなく寸法安定化処理を施した木質材料から作製され、且つ、表面に装飾性を有する木質化粧薄板41の裏面に裏打材を接着して天然杢シート50を構成する。この天然杢シートを不燃材料(鉄鋼及び金属板61等)又は準不燃材料(せっこうボード等)を基材として、その表面に貼付する。このようにして構成した材料は、ISO5560−1:2002に準拠したコーンカロリーメータによる発熱性試験において、不燃材料又は準不燃材料の基準に適合する。【選択図】図8
