To provide a slide door support device which can be applied to various kinds of vehicles.SOLUTION: A slide door support device includes: a bracket 21 fixed to a slide door; a first arm 23 which is pivotally supported on the bracket 21 in a manner that the first arm 23 can rotate in a vertical direction by a first pivot shaft 22 parallel to an opening/closing direction of the slide door; a second arm 24 which is supported in a manner that the second arm 24 can move relative to the first arm 23 in a lateral direction and can rotate in the vertical direction integrally with the first arm 23; and a guide roller 25 which can rotate around a shaft 251 oriented in the vertical direction and can move along a guide rail at the second arm 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
