EAVES SOFFIT VENTILATION MATERIAL
To provide an eaves soffit ventilation material which has a simple structure, is excellent in fire resistance and ventilation performance, can be installed at various places of eaves, and can secure a sufficient air inflow space.SOLUTION: An upper face plate 1 having a ventilation part 2 extending in the longitudinal direction in the middle, a ventilation material storage part 3 connected to a lower side of the ventilation part 2, a ventilation material 5 having a square side surface collected together with a thermal expansion material 4 in the ventilation material storage part 3, and an opposing plate 7 arranged opposite to an inner side surface 6 of the ventilation material storage part 5 with an interval are provided; since a bottom surface 9 of the ventilation material storage part 3 is inclined, an air inflow space 10 is formed under the ventilation material 5, and elongated air inflow ports 11 formed so as to be opened from a lower part of the inner side surface 6 to the bottom surface 9 are arranged in a large number in the longitudinal direction; air entering from the air inflow port 11 is allowed to flow up in the ventilation material 5 and out through the air inflow space 10 .SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】シンプルな構成で、防耐火性能並びに通気性能に優れ、軒天の種々の箇所に設置可能で、十分な空気流入空間を確保することができる軒天換気材を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】中間に長さ方向に伸びる通気部2を有する上面板1と、通気部2の下側に連設される通気材収納部3と、通気材収納部3内に熱膨張材4と共に収装される側面が四角形の通気材5と、通気材収納部5の内方側側面6との間に間隔を置いて対設される対向板7とから成り、通気材収納部3の底面9が傾斜面にされることで、通気材5の下に空気流入空間10が生成され、内方側側面6の下部から底面9にかけて開口して形成される細長の空気流入口11が長さ方向に多数並設され、空気流入口11から流入する空気が、空気流入空間10から通気材5内を上昇して抜けるようにした。【選択図】図1
