GUARD RAIL FASTENER AND GUARD RAIL CONNECTION STRUCTURE
To provide a guard rail fastener and guard rail connection structure which prevents loosening and dropout of a bolt and a nut, and reduces construction time and workload.SOLUTION: A guard rail fastener used for connecting and fixing a guard rail GR comprises: a bolt 10 having a head 11 and a shank 15; and a nut 20 screwed to the bolt. The top face of the head 11 is formed to be curved in a dome shape, and a hexagon hole 13 fitted with a tool is formed at the top thereof. The shank 15 is formed to have a length dimension that can obtain a prescribed excess length when the guard rail GR is connected and fixed. In addition, the nut 20 comprises a coil spring body that is pressed against the shank 15 when the bolt 10 is rotated in a loosening direction by screwing with the shank 15, and a body that accommodates the coil spring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ボルト・ナットの緩み及び脱落を防止すると共に、施工時間の短縮及び作業負担の軽減を図るガードレール用締結具及びガードレール接続構造を提供する。【解決手段】ガードレールＧＲの接続固定に用いられるガードレール用締結具は、頭部１１及び軸部１５を備えたボルト１０と、このボルトに螺合されるナット２０と、を備え、頭部１１は、上面がドーム状に湾曲して形成されていると共に、その頂部に工具と嵌合する六角穴１３が穿設されている。また、軸部１５は、ガードレールＧＲを接続固定した際に、所定余長が得られる長さ寸法に形成されている。また、ナット２０は、軸部１５と螺合することによって、ボルト１０が緩まる方向に回転したときに軸部１５に押し付けられるコイルバネ体と、これを収容する本体とを備える。【選択図】図１
