ASBESTOS TUBE REMOVING METHOD, AND TIP INJECTION ROTOR HEAD USED FOR THE ASBESTOS TUBE REMOVING METHOD
To provide a safe and inexpensive method for removing asbestos tube which can make a device for preventing the asbestos scattering during dismantling construction of a structure in which asbestos tubes are buried be compact and can remove without the need for a process such as fishing.SOLUTION: While a tip injection rotor head 8 is inserted into an asbestos tube 10 and moved from the top to the bottom, ultra high pressure water is injected from the tip injection rotor head 8 to wet the inside of the asbestos tube 10 and gradually remove the asbestos tube 10 by fixing the tip injection rotor head 8 to a manual hoisting and lowering machine 3 installed on the roof of a collective housing 29 with a wire 4 and manually winding up and down. At this time, the central axis of the horizontal hole passage to the outlet of the water jetted with respect to the central axis of the vertical hole passage into which the water enters is at an angle of 90 degrees, and the asbestos tube 10 is removed using a tip injection rotor head 8 in which the central axis of the horizontal hole passage is center-displaced and offset with respect to the center of the vertical hole passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】石綿管が埋設されている建造物の解体工事時の石綿の飛散を防止するための装置を小型なもので済むようにし、かつ、斫り(はつり)等の工程を必要とせずに除去することができる、安全で安価な石綿管除去方法を提供する。【解決手段】先端噴射ローターヘッド8を、集合住宅29の屋上に設置された手動巻上下機3にワイヤー4で固定し、手動で巻上げ巻下げすることにより、先端噴射ローターヘッド8を石綿管10に挿入して上から下まで移動させながら、先端噴射ローターヘッド8から超高圧水を噴射させつつ、石綿管10内を湿潤させて石綿管10を徐々に除去していく。この際、水が入ってくる縦穴通路の中心軸に対して噴射される水の出口への横穴通路の中心軸が90度の角度であり、かつ、縦穴通路の中心に対して横穴通路の中心が芯ブレされてずれている先端噴射ローターヘッド8を用いて、石綿管10を除去する。【選択図】図2
