MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DAMPING SOUND ABSORBING BODY
To provide a manufacturing method of a damping sound absorbing body capable of preferably manufacturing the damping sound absorbing body capable of achieving both of vibration countermeasure and sound countermeasure, and capable of setting countermeasure to wide tones from low frequency to high frequency.SOLUTION: A damping sound absorbing body consisting of a foaming body 1, and a fine particle 2 included in the forming body so as to constitute a bell shaped structure in the foaming body is manufactured by conducting processes showed in following [I] to [III]. [I] a process for manufacturing a fine particle of which a surface is coated with a coating material which can be eluted by at least one liquid of water and a solvent. [II] a process for mixing the coated fine particle is mixed with a material of the forming body to manufacture the foaming body from the mixture. [III] a process for impregnating the foaming body into at least one of water and the solvent and eluting and removing the coating of the fine particle in the foaming body by a liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】振動対策と音対策の両立を図ることができ、低周波から高周波まで幅広い音の対策をすることができる制振吸音発泡体を、良好に製造することができる、制振吸音発泡体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】下記の[I]〜[III]に示す工程をこの順で行うことにより、発泡体1と、発泡体内で鈴状構造を構成するよう発泡体内に内在する微粒子2と、からなる制振吸音発泡体を製造する。[I]水および溶剤の少なくとも一方の液体により溶出可能なコーティング材料で表面がコーティングされた微粒子を製造する工程。[II]コーティングされた微粒子を発泡体の材料に混合し、その混合物から発泡体を製造する工程。[III]発泡体を、水および溶剤の少なくとも一方の液体に浸漬し、発泡体内の微粒子のコーティングを液体により溶出除去する工程。【選択図】図1
