STEEL BRIDGE WIDENING INSTALLATION DEVICE AND STEEL BRIDGE WIDENING INSTALLATION METHOD
To enable the widening work of an existing steel bridge without using a bent and with one lane regulation.SOLUTION: A hanging frame 12 to be arranged in a prescribed position by lifting and hanging a widening member 82, and a receiving cross beam 14 attached to an existing girder 102 of an existing steel bridge 100 so as to project to the side where the widening work is performed are provided; the hanging frame 12 has a frame part 16 forming a skeleton thereof, and lifting and hanging means 70 which performs lifting and hanging of the widening member 82 and which is movable in a direction perpendicular to the bridge axis; the frame part 16 has leg parts 20 and 22 extending substantially in a vertical direction, and a beam part 24 extending in a substantially perpendicular direction to the bridge axis; the beam part 24 is a ceiling part of the frame part 16; the first leg part 20 is supported by the receiving cross beam 14; and the second leg part 22 is supported by a portion of the existing steel bridge 100 on the side where the widening work is performed outside the existing steel bridge 100 in the direction perpendicular to the bridge axis from the roadway of the existing steel bridge 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】ベントを用いずに、かつ、1車線規制で、既設鋼橋の拡幅工事を可能とする。【解決手段】拡幅部材82の吊り上げおよび吊り下げを行って所定の位置に配置する吊りフレーム12と、拡幅工事を行う側に突出するように既設鋼橋100の既設桁102に取り付けられた受け横梁14と、を備え、吊りフレーム12は、その骨格を形作るフレーム部16と、拡幅部材82の吊り上げおよび吊り下げを行うとともに橋軸直角方向に移動可能な吊り昇降手段70と、を有し、フレーム部16は略鉛直方向に延びる脚部20、22と略橋軸直角方向に延びる梁部24を有してなり、梁部24はフレーム部16の天井部となっており、第1の脚部20は、受け横梁14に支持されており、第2の脚部22は、既設鋼橋100の車道よりも既設鋼橋100の橋軸直角方向に外側で拡幅工事を行う側の既設鋼橋100の部位に支持されている。【選択図】図5
