To provide a form structure for forming a slab with improved workability and a method for constructing a floor slab.SOLUTION: A slab forming form structure 1 is for forming a floor slab Y and is provided with a frame-shaped portion 4 on which a panel 3 on which concrete C is placed is provided on the upper surface, and a support column 6 for supporting the frame-shaped portion. A pair of horizontal members 7 and 7 arranged at a distance from each other, a plurality of first vertical members 8 arranged in parallel and spaced apart from each other in the axial direction of the horizontal members and fixed to one of the pair of horizontal members, and a plurality of second vertical members 9 arranged in parallel and spaced apart from each other in the axial direction of the horizontal members and fixed to the other of the pair of horizontal members are provided. The first vertical member and the second vertical member are provided so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction of each other and so as to be fixable at an arbitrary position where they are slid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
