BONNET LATCH DEVICE
To reinforce a latch unit 11 using an anti-rattle latch 22.SOLUTION: A bonnet latch device includes a latch unit 11 including: a main latch 21 that abuts on and engages with a striker 12; a ratchet 20 that is pivoted on a ratchet shaft 19 to engage with the main latch 21; and an anti-rattle latch 22 that presses the striker 12 in an unlatch direction using energizing force of a latch spring. On the anti-rattle latch 22 is provided a ratchet pressor 22e that overlaps with the ratchet 20 in a direction of a shaft core of the ratchet shaft 19. The anti-rattle latch 22 includes a reinforcement wall 22h capable of inhibiting the striker 12 from moving in the unlatch direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】アンチラトルラッチ２２によりラッチユニット１１を補強する。【解決手段】ボンネットラッチ装置のラッチユニット１１は、ストライカ１２と当接係合するメインラッチ２１と、ラチェット軸１９に軸止されメインラッチ２１と係合するラチェット２０と、ストライカ１２をラッチバネの付勢力でアンラッチ方向に押圧するアンチラトルラッチ２２とを有する。アンチラトルラッチ２２にはラチェット２０とラチェット軸１９の軸芯方向において重なるラチェット抑え２２ｅを設ける。アンチラトルラッチ２２はストライカ１２のアンラッチ方向への移動を規制しうる補強壁２２ｈを設ける。【選択図】図３
