BLADED FOUNDATION PILE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF BLADED FOUNDATION PILE
To improve a workability by economic method in a construction of a bladed foundation pile.SOLUTION: A bladed foundation pile includes a tubular pile body and a blade member engageable with the pile body. At one end in the pipe axis direction of the pile body, a notch that opens in an end face of a tube wall of the pile body and extends in a direction including the circumferential direction of the pile body is formed, and the blade member is formed with a receptacle for receiving an extension portion of the tube wall formed between the notch and the end face. A construction method of a bladed foundation pile comprises the steps of connecting drilling means to the blade member and penetrating the ground by rotating the blade member with the drilling means, making the pile body penetrate the ground following the blade members, allowing the extension portion to be received by the receptacle by relatively rotating the pile body the blade member about the axial center of the pile body, and releasing the connection between the drilling means and the blade member and withdrawing the drilling means from the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】羽根付基礎杭の施工において、経済的な手法で施工性を向上させる。【解決手段】羽根付基礎杭は、管状の杭本体と、杭本体に係合可能な羽根部材とを備える。杭本体の管軸方向の一方の端部には、杭本体の管壁の端面に開口し杭本体の周方向を含む方向に延びる切り欠きが形成され、羽根部材には、切り欠きと端面との間に形成される管壁の延出部を受容する受容部が形成される。羽根付基礎杭の施工方法は、羽根部材に掘進手段を連結し、羽根部材を掘進手段とともに回転させることによって地中に貫入させる工程と、杭本体を羽根部材に追従して地中に貫入させる工程と、杭本体および羽根部材を杭本体の軸心回りに相対的に回転させることによって延出部を受容部に受容させる工程と、掘進手段と羽根部材との連結を解除し、掘進手段を地中から抜出する工程とを含む。【選択図】図３
