ANCHOR BOLT AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF ANCHOR BOLT
To improve a bearing force against a tensile force and a shearing force of an anchor bolt embedded in an anchor hole, and to improve reliability of the anchor bolt.SOLUTION: An anchor bolt 1a includes: a diameter-reduced part 8 extending from a body part 6 on a base end part 3 side of the anchor bolt 1a to the middle to a tip part 2, and having thickness smaller than the thickness of the body part 6; and a diameter-enlarged part 9 extending from the diameter-reduced part 8 toward the tip part 2, and having the thickness larger than the thickness of the diameter-reduced part 8. Therefore, when being embedded in an anchor hole, the diameter-enlarged part does not need to be formed by a jig. Also, a gap between the body part 6 and the diameter-reduced part 8, the diameter-reduced part 8, a gap between the diameter-reduced part 8 and the diameter-enlarged part 9, and the diameter-enlarged part 9 are integrally formed without a joint. Thus, compared to a conventional anchor bolt in which a diameter-enlarged part is formed by a jig after embedding, a bearing force against a tensile force and a shearing force of the anchor bolt embedded in the anchor hole and reliability of the anchor bolt can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アンカー孔に埋設されたアンカーボルトの引張力及びせん断力に対する耐力やアンカーボルトの信頼性を向上させる。【解決手段】アンカーボルト1aは、アンカーボルト1aの基端部3側の本体部6から先端部2に至る途中まで延在し、本体部6の太さよりも細い太さを有する縮径部8と、縮径部8から先端部2に向かって延在し、縮径部8の太さよりも太い太さを有する拡径部9とを備える。このため、アンカー孔への埋設時に、治具により拡径部を形成する必要がない。また、本体部6と縮径部8との間と、縮径部8と、縮径部8と拡径部9との間と、拡径部9とは、継目が無く一体に形成されているため、従来の埋設後に治具により拡径部を形成するアンカーボルトに比べて、アンカー孔に埋設されたアンカーボルトの引張力及びせん断力に対する耐力やアンカーボルトの信頼性を向上させることができる。【選択図】図1
