To provide a surface sheet for casting concrete into a formwork which can easily achieve both a peelability of concrete and an aesthetic appearance of concrete.SOLUTION: A surface sheet 12 for casting concrete into a formwork is applied to a formwork body 10 used for casting the concrete 14. The surface sheet 12 for casting the concrete into the formwork is disposed so as to be interposed between the formwork body 10 and the concrete 14. The surface sheet 12 for casting the concrete into the formwork comprises at least a vented release film 124 made of polymethylpentene and a non-woven fabric 122 made of polymethylpentene.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
